ExRay AI ("app", "we") is a mobile application that provides astrology-based personalized analyses and AI-generated visual content. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, processed, and protected.

1. Data We Collect and How We Use It

ExRay AI uses the following data to provide its core features:

Birth Information: Date, time, and city of birth are used to perform natal chart calculations and generate astrological analyses on-device.
Name and Gender Preference: Requested to personalize the user experience.
Photo Data: If a user chooses to upload a photo for the "Portrait Generation" feature, the image is processed through AI models (InstantID/FLUX) solely to create the portrait.
Purchase Data: In-app purchases are managed via RevenueCat. Financial data is processed directly by Apple/Google; we do not have access to your card details.

2. Data Storage and Security

ExRay AI operates on a "Local-First" principle to maximize user privacy:

Personal Data: Your name, birth information, and preferences are stored only in your device's secure local storage. No user profile is created on our servers.
Photos: Photos sent for processing are not permanently stored on our servers. Temporary data is deleted after the process completes.
Generated Content: Portraits and analyses are stored only on the user's own device.

3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude): Anonymized birth data is processed to generate astrological text analyses.
Google Gemini & Replicate: Used for visual generation. When a user uploads a photo, it is sent to these services' APIs solely to create the portrait image.
RevenueCat & App Store / Google Play Billing: Used to verify purchase status. Device identifier and purchase receipt are shared with these services.

4. User Rights

Since your data is stored on your device, you can immediately delete all personal data by uninstalling the app. You may contact us for any questions about how your data is processed.

5. Children's Privacy

ExRay AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
